Hello Hello.

If you are currently reading this blog, you will most likely fall into one of these following categories:

1. You are a teacher at Queenstown Resort College.
2. You are my mother (Hi Mom!)
3. My mother has suckered you into reading this.
4. You have fortuitously stumbled upon my literary piece of art.

For those of you who don't know me, let me divulge a bit into my background. I have travelled all the way from Edmonton, Canada to attend college in Queenstown, New Zealand, which just happens to be the ADVENTURE CAPITAL OF THE WORLD! I am studying adventure tourism management in the hopes of one day running  my own tour company (I am ambitious, I know). I am currently working as a consultant at one of the information centres in Queenstown.  My blog is a recap and review of all the familiarisation visits I do as both part of my course and work.
You may be wondering why on earth I chose to travel to other side of the world for school. The answer is quite simple and can be summed up in two points:

1. I LOVE Lord of the Rings (some may call it an obsession). Since LOTR was filmed in New Zealand, its only natural that a elf lover such as myself would want to come to NZ. Also hence the title of my blog.
2. There are over 30 million sheep in New Zealand; that is a lot of lamb shanks...
